Car parking areas

Decks, ramps and underground car parks take turning tyres, oil, salt and standing water all year. We apply deck coating systems that seal the concrete, stay flexible over cracks and give a textured, slip-resistant finish, with bay lines and directional marking as part of the job.

Warehouses

Forklifts, pallet trucks and point loads from racking wear an untreated floor into dust. A high-build epoxy or polyurethane floor seals the slab, takes the impact and can be laid out with aisle markings, walkways and hazard zones so the floor does part of the safety work.

Industrial production spaces

Production floors meet chemicals, hot washdown, dropped tools and continuous traffic. We match the system to the process: chemical-resistant resins where there is spillage, heavy-duty screeds where there is impact, and coved skirtings and falls to drains where the floor has to be washed down.

Sports floors

Sports halls and multi-use courts need a floor that gives underfoot, grips without being sticky and keeps its colour under constant use. Seamless polyurethane sports systems are laid over a resilient base with court lines applied in the final coats, so they do not wear off.

Cold storage rooms

Cold rooms and freezers punish ordinary floors: sub-zero temperatures, thermal shock at the doors, and hygiene regimes that demand a surface with no joints to harbour bacteria. We use systems designed to cure and perform at low temperatures, sealed to the wall panels and drains.

Offices, shops and retail spaces

Here the floor is part of the fit-out. Seamless resin floors give a clean, continuous surface in the colour and sheen you want, with none of the grout lines of tile, and they are fast to install so the doors reopen sooner.

Before the coating

The floor is made in the preparation

Test

Moisture, hardness and any old coatings are checked so the system is chosen for the slab that is there, not the one on the drawing.

Prepare

The concrete is diamond-ground or shot-blasted to an open profile, cracks and joints repaired, and the surface primed.

Apply

Body coats and top coats go down in sequence at the specified thickness, with line marking and anti-slip aggregate where needed.

Hand over

Cure times are stated up front so you know exactly when foot traffic, then vehicles, can return.
